I started Phentermine 37.5 on April 5, 2016. The first week I lost 12 lbs. Week 2, I lost 1 lb. and I had to cut the pill in half because I was getting dizzy and bad head aches. By doing this, I noticed that my appetite was still suppressed but I didn't have the jitters and only mild head aches in the afternoon. Week 3 I lost 4 lbs and I found myself forcing to eat as I would totally forget about eating. My meals were very small and very little fat. If I ate out, the fat content of what ever food I ate would upset my stomach terribly.
