Phentermine Reviews Everyday Health

I started Phentermine 37.5 on April 5, 2016. The first week I lost 12 lbs. Week 2, I lost 1 lb. and I had to cut the pill in half because I was getting dizzy and bad head aches. By doing this, I noticed that my appetite was still suppressed but I didn't have the jitters and only mild head aches in the afternoon. Week 3 I lost 4 lbs and I found myself forcing to eat as I would totally forget about eating. My meals were very small and very little fat. If I ate out, the fat content of what ever food I ate would upset my stomach terribly. Week 4 I lost 1 lb and I found myself having to take a laxative as I wasn't going regularly. I also noticed that I was getting short of breath, weak and I felt like someone was sitting on my chest. Week 5, lost 2 lbs and the heaviness and shortness of breath was occurring off and on throughout the day. I am still only taking 1/2 of the pill. Week 6 and my final week lost 4 lbs and the bad side effects are becoming too much. I decided that I need to stop this pill before I had a heart attack or something else. This pill is good for about 2 weeks and I could have lost the minimal weight without the pill after the first 2 weeks. At least the pill gets yo.

I'm 43 years old 5'7 and 180 lbs. I have taken Phentermine before and will start again tomorrow. I gained the extra 40 pounds after my second back surgery and could not work out. I only drink water and for the most part healthy foods. I have started walking everyday, but nothing seems to be working. I'll update in 2 weeks.

hello everyone! i am 22 years old 5'8 and weigh 234lbs according to doctor scale & 230lbs my home scale. i started taking phentermine May 7th 2016 i was told by my doctor to take half a pill everyother day for the first week since im also on bupropion for depression/anxiety just to see how the half tablet makes me feel. i took half about 8 am and really felt no difference throughout the day so instead of skipping i took another half the next day still didnt feel any different which i guess is good? no side effects? maybe im lucky lol i did notice my appetite is gone but im good at reminding myself to eat. ive continued to take half everyday. yesterday may 16th i did feel a little jittery but im thinking its because i also has 2 cups of coffee. i havent lost any weight yet i weighed myself this morning 229.6lbs so that. 4lbs is probably because i weighed myself on a super empty stomach. im hoping to lose 60lbs. i have a 3 year old and feel like i cant keep up and im only 22 :( my bestfriend has agreed to start a work out rutine with me to keep me motivated and i only cook at home no fastfood and ive cut out soda mostly. i started drinking water a lot so thats good. really hoping i s.

I am 48 yrs old and 5'4 and 234lbs at the Dr's office today. I took my first pill around 11:30am today before lunch and I also had a B12 injection at office visit. I feel no side effects except for a little dry mouth at this time. I'm a bundle of energy which I hope will help with the workouts. When I first started eating lunch I didn't feel my appetite was any different but then all of a sudden I started feeling full and couldn't eat anymore. Great so far! I will update when there is a difference to note.

I started taking Phentermine in March. I lost 17lbs the first 5 weeks, I was super excited, the only side effect was and still constipation, it curved my sweet cravings and I was doing fine. I'm still taking this pill every morning at 7:30 sharp. After losing the 17lbs, I haven't lose any more, I'm stuck and not only that my sweet cravings are back :( which I hate. I go to the gym 5x a week and I do my best not to fall into the sweet cravings. I started at 206lbs today I'm at 189 and it's my 12th week. I'm disappointed, not sure if I would recommend this drug. I will finish this bottle and continue w/my routine and see what happened. I will keep you posted. Good luck!

I love it! I was previously on phendimetrazine which I had to take 1-2 pills 2 or 3 times a day. It wasn't convenient because I'm very busy with working and going to school full time and volunteering and would often forget to take them. I've been on phentermine since Monday May 16th, 2015 and today is now Saturday the 21st. I went from 198 to 190! (I'm 22 and 5'8 btw) I only take one pill in the morning. At first I was taking it at 7am (since I have early classes) and I noticed that it would start wearing off at 7p. So, I had to push it back to 10am and I'm in bed before 10 most days so it works well with my schedule. Now, if I do overnight shifts I will take an extra half of a pill ( make sure you talk to your Dr first before you do!). My biggest advice would be to stay hydrated!
